A question for the mods

I asked for some help with my computer. The thread is tittled Computer Help. I am trying to follow the advice given and there is no discourse in the thread. No arguments, name calling or any such hard feelings at all. Yet, some mod closed the thread. I know you guys don't like threads re-opened. But, I think it's fair to ask who and why closed the thread? Noname
