Anyway to filter out sub-forums in the new post feature?

 

Good question.. I know that if you don't log in you won't see the "political and open discussion" forum.

 

Before you do 'New Posts' click on 'Forums' in the gray title bar at top of page. This gives you list of all sub forums. Double click on icon in front of title of each sub you don't want to see. This marks it 'as read' and will not show when you go to 'New Posts'. You have to do it each time before you 'New Post'...

 

I agree and would chose this option too. But since it's not available, I never click on New Posts because there's several sections I don't/won't post in, even though I may look at them on occasion.

Sorry to hijack this thread. I was looking for a moderator to reply to you and found you. It seems all my posts are being held for moderation. I can't even post this as an issue or question so I have to find a way to reply to a moderator (replying is all I can do).

I read in another of your answers that it's a just a glitch. Anyway around it? It seems others have no problem posting.

I know this glitch is a bitch but unfortunately, I don't know of a quick fix. All you can do is Private Message one of us or use the yellow triangle above to report it, then it goes to all of us.

As for PMs...you have to have 5 posts and be here 5 days. I'll look at your threads/posts and see if any need "approving".

Edit...you had 2 and they're fixed.
