How many sub sub forums does this place really need?

How many sub sub forums does this place really need?
Posted a perfectly sound off topic post regarding driver-less cars and it was moved to the "off topic videos" forum. Really that necessary to parse things out that much?!

There has been some confusion as to where to put threads containing some sort of video. Here are the general guidelines that we would like you to follow:
1. If it's under 2 1/2 minutes, it's a clip. Go ahead and put it in Off Topic.
2. If it's over 2 1/2 minutes, it's a video. It should go in either Harley Davidson Videos if it contains Harley stuff, or Off Topic Videos if it doesn't.
3. If you have a news item that you would like to refer to, post a link to it instead of posting the actual video. Please give a description of the item and your take on it instead of just posting a link with no comment.
4. If your message just contains a link to a video, then it's the same as posting a video. See number 2.
5. Missed one. The Friday/Saturday Drinking threads are exempt.
As stated above, these are general guidelines. If you have something that you aren't sure of, please contact a moderator.
