Default Scroll Problem

After viewing forums, scroll will stop responding. If I close and restart hdforums, then it will work. Cache has been cleaned out.
Strange but this only occurs on this forum.

I had it happen on another forum today, so it must be a browser issue. makes me feel better that it's not my computer piling up. I tried everything short of a complete windows re-install yesterday to no avail.

Just seems strange that any time I have a browser issue (no matter what browser I use), it only occurs on this site.
