Quick question is there a wait period before I can post to the parts section or how do I gain access to it

 

You need to have 5 non spammed posts and be a member for 30 days before you can post any sort of ad or gain access to that section. This was explained in the HD Forums rules you were required to read when you joined. It's also posted at the top of the Classified Section.
