I've never had this problem, and to be sure...I did nothing (other than drink beer last night).
Not sure how the owner has it set up, but many of the boards won't allow you to post within 15 seconds of each other, prevents attacks from those that would do harm to shut down the server.
Things to try.
-Close your browswer, and reopen, make sure you log off first and then log back on.
-Do you log in using cookies? I would recommend using cookies. It helps the server track you a little better, and you won't have the problem of the server inadvertantly 'losing' you.
-Delete your temporary files in your browser...Witn IE go to Tools, Internet Options, and then under the "General Tab" Delete Temporary files.
-Reboot the machine. (this is drastic) but you never know)
Try these steps in order, and post back with your results.
I see you are posting, so I'm guessing your OK? I'll ask the owners what the limit between posts is...I suspect you are posting to quickly in some cases.
