This thread will most likely be moved to the 'Forum Issues' subforum.
1. In the narrow, colored, horizontal bar above the threads, click the left item, UserCP.
2. On the left under 'Setting and Options', click Edit Avatar.
3. On the right. make changes as you see fit.

What Doc failed to mention is that the only time pics are able to be made is when they include a hot woman in new picture. Sorry, forum rules.
