I downloaded the Google App for my iPhone and At first blush it looks like the problem I was having loading up multiple pictures and then editing has diminished significantly. I ran a test and it went pretty good. More info as I do more testing and actuall updates to my thread. I still need to go to the “Source” button to edit longer paragraphs such as this one.
I just ran some “Bold” and it seems much more user friendly.
