Well I reckon he can get his rich buddy BWJ to pay for his and some of the other nasty members costs. I received a few threatening PM'S from those folks but didn't bother to report the creeps since I consider them cowards and blowhards anyway.
hopefully they think about it and come up with a better solution. Really not that hard though. It was pretty obvious who was just there to cause trouble and not participate in other sections of the forums.
Omnicom, parent of Interbrand which owns HDF, was up 1% in trading today. Looks like the news of POD hasnt hit the floor yet..... tomorrow it should get a beating once the Traders realize the massive exodus of the POD crowd from HDF...
Thanks for the alert. I'll have to up it to $31.24.

Yep, raise taxes. I didn't realize the forum was Democrat.

Good. I'm sick of even seeing the thread titles of those igits. Take your vile somewhere else.
Why does everyone seem to think that the miscreants will just slink away? Why wouldn't they pay the price and continue with their ****-stirring? I'm waiting to see what they do.

Well, I guess I'm out of here except for strictly bike-related content. It's a shame, too.
But here's the thing; it's us, the users, who provide the content of the POD and everywhere else. Without us, the POD will die a slow death and the rest of the forum will take a loss, too. Do the advertisers here pay their fees based on traffic? If so, traffic just took a big dive because the POD is the primary reason why a lot of people frequent the rest of the forum.
Let me be clear, though. I fully understand that the 1st Amendment doesn't apply to a privately owned Internet forum. The owner(s) can do as they wish with their software platform and I fully support their rights in that regard. That's the American way and that's as it should be.
On the flip side, that cuts both ways. I, in turn, have the right to go elsewhere and never darken the doorway of this place again. Not saying that I'll necessarily do that, but I will say this: they picked a hell of a time to pull this stunt, considering that there's a huge scandal brewing about the online media giants like Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc.... censoring conservatives. That won't work, and frankly, it makes this place look eerily like they're doing the same thing since most POD posters are conservative voices.
Another side of it is that if we are ALL to be punished over the actions of ONE person. That sounds too much like Basic Training, which I already lived through once in my life. Instead of banning the offending party, they hold the rest of us hostage for money? As of right now, if the price was $0.000001 American, they'll not get it from me.
Anyway, I wish you all the best if the situation remains like it is now.
Trike forum has a better idea. They separated the POD from the general forums. If you wanted POD you logged into the general forum and then logged into the POD. The forum looked and worked just like before. If you didn't want the POD you logged into the general forum only. Those people didn't see anything from POD, no threads, no titles. Protects those with delicate stomachs, and doesn't cost $25 bucks a year extra...
