Supposedly only those who pay although I haven't signed up but I can "Thank" posts. Don't know what's going on there. Now I see people are selling things in the POD.

I can now post there as a non-paying member but posts don’t show up in control panel. Weird

It is suppose to be for everyone now. But I can’t do anything more the when it was restricted. Even tried to contact Sarah but it wouldn’t let me.
