If you post something in off topic and say gay or boobies in the title youll get 1,000 views. If youre stranded on the road and need help, and put it in the proper forum youll get 3 views.
If someone was looking for information pertaining to replacing their clutch what section do you think they would look for it first? In the general section or the clutch section? Organization has its merits. It's nothing personal I can assure you.
