Can't post a profile pic

I can't the file to upload. When I go to Edit Options it onlygives me two options, Basic and Enhanced CK; it does not spell out the wys etc etc letters as in the example.

Profile pictures are small pictures of yourself, which are displayed within your user profile.

Go to User CP
Click Edit Profile Picture
Follow the instructions in the Custom Profile Picture box (either upload an image from www or in jpg format from your computer)
Read the Note on the image size
Save changes
