Getting Error 1005 Ray ID when using Norton VPN

I installed a new VPN yesterday and I'm getting a Error1005 Ray ID.
It's not a big deal and It might be correctable on my end. So far this is the only site that gives me this error.
I can toggle my VPN off and I can access HDF.

My question is, does HDF block VPN's?

Never mind. I figured it out. I can access the site with VPN turned on now.

can you share what you did? we don't typically support VPN access, but if your way can help others who have this issue I'll share it.

I wish. The problem is back today. Yesterday I updated the OS on my Macbook to 12.3.1 and I was able to access HDF with the VPN turned on. I just tried maybe 30 minutes ago and I can't access the site without toggling the VPN off.
