How to size pictures?

Sometimes when I post pictures which is usually from Iphone Photos or my MacBook Screenshot it turns out really large in the post. Is it possible to resize them?

If you click on the "Source Icon" you'll see the size of the image in the text and from there you can edit the size.

I changed the first image from 1024x683 to 500x300

Is there a IMG640 tag or similar to make images smaller?

If in the editor after adding an image you see [IMG ... [/IMG] then edit those tags to IMG640.
