No you can't. They are sealed, in oil, and I don't think you could seal it good enough to keep it from leaking. Just buy another coil, if thats what you need. Why do you think your coil needs to be rebuilt?

i just replaced a OEM coil that had failed on my
bike and was wondering if it could be built to keep it OG.
