06 Deluxe Security Issue

06 Deluxe Security Issue
I am attempting to help a widow get a 06 Deluxe running so she can sell it. Bike has been setting for several years, security system is not allowing fob to recognize or vise versa, not sure which. Tried every trick shown on YouTube, hooked up to Harley software on laptop, nothing working. Battery new, fob has new battery, confirmed 3.2v, Took fob apart to confirm no corrosion, Any suggestions welcome.

It’s possible if a Community Team member sees your post, they may move it to a better area.
Battery may be dead in bike security. Be sure bike battery is good. It charges security battery if it has one. Only those with a siren have a battery on the security. It's behind plastic panel in front of rear tire .
Remove bolt and panel drops down.
