Start issues
I have read many posts concerning start issues, unfortunately I still have them. I have a 2008 FXSTC with a 103 kit and a 255-race cam. It has been sitting in the garage on a trickle charger for close to a year with starting it every 2 months, yes terrible I Know. The 103 kit has been on the bike for 14 years with no issues and the All-***** starter has been there for 6 years with no problems I have taken the battery to O'Rielly's for a load test and it passes every time, 6 new Batteries over a year, Starter looked at 2 times by a rebuilder of 30 years. He said the starter looked brand new inside and on the bench test he put a 2x4 on the Bendix and it burnt the wood, I watched him do it. New Voltage regulator, new spark plugs, took the plugs out and it turns over like it is supposed to, put the plugs back in and I get 1/2 a turn. Multi meter on the battery at time of start, 13.2 volts showing and hit the start button voltage drops to 9 volts and the cables get hot. I have checked whatever ground I know of, along with cables and even took the ignition switch apart on the tank. Sounds like a ACR issue but I never had one on the bike. Push started it and started up quickly and ran great but will not start from the start button, have taken it apart also. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You question would probably be best here….
(I will be back shortly to paste a shortcut to best area here to ask you question in my opinion.....

PS. Have you tried taking plugs out, putting it in gear and turning motor with rear wheel a few dozen turns to make sure you don't have mechanical issue??
PS. Welcome to the HDFORUM. Only as a suggestion by me as a USER just like you, make another new thread over in the New Member Welcome Area to say hello.
This is a short cut to New Member Welcome Area where you say hello and introduce yourself if you like.
