Dude ? Okee Dokee ... This ONLY happens in the Welcome area ... Never in any other area and I am NOT the only one this has happened too dude
The ONLY way I can correct the not being able to reply is to create a new thread in the "Welcome Section" dude

there is no issue with your account, we have confirmed this multiple times and yet you continue to make threads, and then delete the content. I don't understand the logic.

 

Let's try this ....If I make a reply in the Welcome area to a new member and then make another reply to another new member within 30 seconds ( I believe that is the time limit you should wait ) it locks me out and i cannot reply to any thread ... The only way to correct the situation is to make a new thread in the Welcome section ... By doing that I can reply to other threads in any section

you are being throttled due to the cadence of your post frequency. this is an anti-spam measure. Posting in another forum is not required, you just need to slow your response rate down.
