Halt scheduled renewal payment
Hi,
I'm getting messages that the fee for renewing access to these forums is coming due. I want to turn off the auto renewal.
Thanks in advance for telling where to adjust those settings - because for the life of me, I cannot find them anywhere in the user control panel.

For security reasons, PayPal does not allow us access to de-authorize recurring payments on your account, but you can update your PayPal settings to make sure this doesn't happen again. Depending on which view you have selected, the path to change the settings are different.
If you have the "classic" dashboard view, follow these steps to opt out:
1. Click 'Profile' at the top of your PayPal account page
2. Next, head to the 'Preapproved Payments' in the 'Financial Information' column
3. Click 'View the Agreement' next to the HDF entry
4. Then choose Cancel or cancel Automatic Billing and follow the instructions If you have the "updated" dashboard view, follow these steps to opt out:1. Click SETTINGS in the upper right-hand corner of the screen as indicated by a GEAR2. Select PAYMENTS at the top of the screen3. Click "Manage Pre-Approved Payments" on your screen, this link may also work: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/websc...manage-paylist
5. Click the appropriate merchant (HDF / Internet Brands) which will take you to a new screen where you'll see the option to CANCEL. If you need any further assistance, please let us know.
