Tom,
Go to "My Profile" and scroll down to "My Avatar". Click on "Upload My Picture" and click on it. Select the picture you want and upload it. The picture has to be really small or you will get an error message. You can resize it if you have some type of photo software. Let me know if you need anymore help.

I know I'm a dumby but, when I click on upload in my avatar, all I get is a red stop sign shaped icon w/a hand inside it!!!
