How do I get a pic under my name on the left side of my post where it says im a rubbernecker??

Go into your profile. There is a section called "my avatar". You can either choose from one of the existing avatars in there or upload your own. Let us know if you have any trouble.

If you choose to use one of your own pictures you have to reduce the size quite a bit. Keep making it smaller until it will finally upload. It may take a few tries. Like Heather said, Give us a shout if you need anymore help.
