Default How do I upload a pic?

I'm trying to get help on a seat but it seems I can't upload a pic from my PC...keeps asking for a URL link. I don't use any pic sites to post there first.
I use other forums and don't have this issue. Do I need permission or what?

You say you don't use any pic sites, but I would encourage you to. It's by far the easiest way.
