Problems replying to threads

I've made multiple attempts to post to one of the oil threads and have had no luck. Not sure this post will be successful. I've been using the quick reply feature at the bottom of the thread. Keep getting a "page not available on both the preview and post buttons. Any ideas if it is my browser setting or something else?

Terry, I know there are ongoing issue's, and if this post makes it, it will be the first in days for me.
I have tried 1/2 a dozen times, on numerous computers to respond to threads with no luck in the past 2 days, any insight?
I read all your threads on this, and just wanted to keep you posted.....sorry if it's getting old...
