It appears to be a software issue inherent in vBulletin. Corvetteforum.com (another IB site) has the exact same problem, and there are running release 3.7.2 (this forum is 3.7.1).
Thank you for any possible help with this, as it is a real PITA and limits the growth of groups (i.e., once it slips off pg-1 it's inaccessible unless you have it bookmarked or are already a member).

I will do a follow up on this with Terry1955, I can get three different pages/groups to show up by clicking on group name, created, and members which is right above the group names. Clicking on group name puts it in alfa order and you can click page two and it will change, but not after that.
