Fixed.
You needed to go to "User CP" then "Edit Options" then scroll to the bottom and change from "Basic Editor" to "Standard Editor." That allows you to insert your sig pic.

Same problem here. Terry could you please help me out... I'm doing everything properly and still nothing.
My pic is the right size and all but it just gives me a url to click on so one could see my picture.
