is it my system/network or is everyone experiencing very slow response when submitting replies? I can view threads just as fast as my bandwidth will allow but when it comes to posting a response, I've seen times in excess of 45secs until the system refreshes and my post is active.

 

You are not alone buddy. Myself and a few of the other mods have been having the same problem. I've reported it and should hear something by tomorrow.
