I am a new user to the forum and have been browsing lots of old posts, some of these posts had images within them but now show a link like below; is there a way to view these images?
Bump for this. I'd like to know, too. Ran into a mod someone wrote about but couldn't see the picture and it sounded like one of those easy/cool ones. Mods are cool or mods are easy. Few are both.
It even happens on some of the long-running but current posts and is a common problem with the internet. Its a shame the image cannot be 'frozen' in HDF for all time, but I always put it down to the link being broken by the poster, by moving or deleting the image. Be great if there is a solution.
I traced the image Supamag referred to back to the poster 'wiggy', hoping to see if he had a gallery, but with no luck. Can't see how to get to someone else's gallery using their name.
