I loved my '72 Gremlin. 232 straight six, bucket seats, three-speed auto, Blaupunkt stereo with Pioneer house speakers in the hatch, 2/55 a/c. I inherited it with 45,000 and sold it at 135,000. It never failed to start, got me where I needed to, and was a breeze to work on. Next time pick a Pinto or Chevette to be the booby prize.
