Just to let those in charge know that I had no luck registering on it because image verification wouldn't show the image or entry box.
Also being a member on f150 online another one of IB's forums, links act weird sometimes when i post them. The other member will have to cut and paste them to their browser instead of just clicking on them. But if another member quotes my post the link then it will work. Twilight Zone?
Mobile is also known for double posting reason? I don't know! Maybe the PDA switching towers?
Mobile platform is a great tool for us enthusiasts!
Some other issues I am finding out with the mobile platform. Can't post sometimes to threads and editting seems not to take.
Can't find newly started threads?
Any adjustment on your end?
I use a blackberry.
PM Terry1955, he uses his blackberry all the time to access here, I'm sure he could guide you in the right direction.
Done.
He's looking into it.
On a recent note last week found out windows mobile edition works much better but I am limited on time with it due to it being a work handheld.
The other thing is their could be a compatability issue between my service carrier server and the mobile version server. I'm not digg'n that deep!
I'll just put up with it.
Over the last month found some answers to my issues.
When using the mobile device sometimes the "page" needs to be refreshed. Especially after posting or editing or forum subject threads. Don't know why or how yet why the mobile version won't automatically do this for the user but I am still researching by trial and error. The server does refresh automatically at midnight and sometimes at noon.
So for right now the refresh function on the blackberry is what keeps me up to date but it is a PIA because it has to be done manually. Oh well.
