Why does my avatar not move when I've put a motion avatar on it?

I have the same question as FLSTC4ME. My avatar should also be animated, but unless it moving ultra fast or slow I can't see any motion. Can we just not see our own avatars in motion or is this one screwed up??

Mine doesn't move either. I gave up trying to figure out why it won't.

na na na na..LOL I think it might have something to do with resizing the original before submitting it
