ad22.doubleclick.net pages not loading

ad22.doubleclick.net pages not loading

Every page takes at least 1 minute to load. "Connecting to ad22.doubleclick.net" is present in the status bar. I've used ADBLOCK for the annoying ***** pop-up ads. Is ad22.doubleclick.net a spam website or is it a common page for HDForums? I'll go on my wife's computer right next to me and have no issues. I'm using firefox with the latest version also Panda antivirus, Spybot and Adaware. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Download the add-on called Ghostery to fix this.

Then go to Here and install, update and run it... get rid of your spybot and adaware.

Mr. Wizard, I downloaded Ghostery, found 5 trackers and blocked them. Everything is good now, pages loading like before. Thank you, much appreciated!!!

Spyware, adware and other malware will for sure slow you down, thanks for the suggestion Dave, might have a look at it myself, I'm currently using spybot but I haven't had any problems, might be something hidden though.
