Awesome,,,, Are you using IE or another browser,,,, I've been doing some testing between Fire Fox and Google Chrome browsers with all the ads up here,, they are pretty close on speed,,,, Google can edge out FF at the very last moment of uploading and I've had GC hit around 27-30 m/bs but not all the time they both consistently run pretty darn good. FF has an email notifier and GC doesn't yet that I can find.
Does Adblock Plus work with GC? I use FF almost exclusively and not having the popup's on all the words is killer. Not long ago I started getting a few popup's and a simple upgrade of Adblock Plus fixed it. Free too.

My info is probably not too valuable to someone more current like you guys but here goes...
I'm still hanging there with old IE-6 (updated to the latest from Micro Slime) so it's only about 10 years or so behind . I've gotten used to it's clunks and rattles though - kind of like old HDs.
I have done as much as I know how WRT the settings in related Windows files, etc. and have tweeked I/O and router settings as best I can with Road Runner.
FWIW, I'm only getting about 7.0 Mb/s D/L so my perceptions are relative, but for the last month or so there's been noticable lag for me during a refresh. Today has been (and still is) noticeably better.
