im having the same problem i can get it in there but its too big id like to get it the same size as terrys, terry maybe you can help me im being dumb i guess i down sized it ti 50% and when i go 25% its too small[:@], any help i can get i appreciate thanks

How can I resize this photo? I've uploaded the photo, then I go to edit and try 25% but it will not downsize. Help.
