Page not loading

Page not loading
For the past 5 to 7 days.. I have been having a reoccurring problem. When I choose a thread to read, the headers, footers, and ads on the right will load.... but the thread content takes several refreshes, and or reloading from the address bar, before the content is loaded.
Is anyone having this issue?

I do too when I sneak on at work for a few minutes here and there during the day - and the internet doesnt suck there. I get plenty of good performance from lots of other sites I use regularly. And my bro is sys admin and we don't restrict traffic.
When I can get page 1 of a particular forum to load, sometimes threads wont load. Go back and try again and the thread loads right up. Can't spot any pattern to the issues. It mostly doesnt work though.
If I get past those glitches, I can almost guaranty I'll hang when trying to load page 2 of threads.
