I fixed your account for you. You had 142 subscriptons and you had your User CP set to "Daily Email Notifications." I deleted all your subscriptions and set your USER CP to "Do Not Subscribe." This is the proper way to have it set (like previously discussed in the other thread). You should not received anymore bulk emails. I did tweak the forum a little for you to make it more enjoyable.
