for some reason every thread i am subscribed to does not show up when i click my usercp if there has been a response.

it is kind of a PITA to go search for the threads every time to see if there was a response or not.

Go to your User Control, click Edit Options and reset the Default Thread Subscription Mode to "Instant email notification"
