For christs sakes. the only way I can get on this site with ie is to stop the page load before it fully loads or I get an error. If this gets through, I'm done with this fkg site. One problem after another and nobody smart enought to fix it right in over a year. C- YA.

Don't let the door hit you in the *** buddy!
Sorry guys but I've been out of town for several days attending a family funeral. I just logged on to IE several times in a row with no problems at all. I don't use IE because it sucks big time and have been using Firefox for almost three years now. Let me know if you are still having problems logging on to IE and I'll report it to our Tech guys.
I can log on fine with IE, but I can't see any of the pictures attached to the posts. I keep getting a message that I am not authorized and must contact the administrator. I tried to send a private message to the administrator, but I don't have the private message option in my userCP any longer.

Your problem is because NEW MEMBERS WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO PICTURES OR PMs UNTIL THEY HAVE BEEN AN ACTIVE MEMBER FOR FIVE DAYS AND FIVE POSTS. it is all explained here https://www.hdforums.com/forum/forum...es-or-pms.html

So what did this forum cost you to join? NOTHING, what do you expect for free? EVERYTHING, even the best laid plans hit snags here and there and thus changes must be made.

Thanks,

You tell'em Terry, BTW sorry to here that you had to attend a funeral.
Thanks for the explanation. It looks like things changed after I joined and I didn't see the post explaining the changes in February. I just thought it was strange when I tried to send a PM and couldn't, I then deleted the 2 PM's I got from a member and the PM menu in my User CP page disappeared. I guess it stayed on the menu to let me read my those 2 old PM's (until I deleted them), but would not let me do anything else since I have less than 5 posts. Guess I need to post more! lol
Well, it looks like it's trying to keep me out again. Was having the same issues as some explained with IE but went away as of last Friday. Starting up again today...intermitent kind of. I have to try an acces the web site two or three times before it stays up and sometimes no issues at all.
BTW...don't know if it's related but sometimnes I have to try two or three times as well before I can get logged on and sometimes it works right of the get go.
On my end, the forum runs slow like I am on Dial up. I have tried multiple computers at different locations so its not on my end. And BTW I am using Firefox.
