Email notification stopped working

Email notification stopped working
About a week ago my email instant notification stopped working. I checked my UserCP but the Options say that it is still enabled. The only thing different that I noticed is when I clicked out of the UserCP I got this message stating that I did not put a link in for the Panic URL. But I have the Panic set to OFF, so I don't get that one either.
Everything was working fine up until a week ago. I had not changed anything in the Options.
Any clues ?

Finally working again
Well I gave it a URL about 4 days ago (even though the panic was set to off)
And still no emails until today finally all the notifications from 4 days back came. Not sure why all this happened but nice to have notifications back again.

Got this back from Moderator MUD

I had that problem with my RR couple years back.
started using a gMail address and no more issues......."
I am in fact using RR for online service. I will try gmail and see how that works. If possible I will contact RR but that is usually futile results.
