Default Admin and Moderator Assistance on HDF and The Forum Issues Section.

Hello everyone. Just wanted to stop in and let you know that we do actually monitor this section on a regular basis. We all have real jobs and aren't on here every minute of every day and sometimes we miss threads that I (and you) consider important. If you ever have a problem that seems to have been missed here in the "Forum Issues" section just shoot me or one of the other Admin/Moderators a pm and we will do everything we can to get the problem solved quickly.

A list of things I can do for you:

I can change your user name (you can't)
I can move threads to the correct section
I can delete threads
I can mark Classified Ads as "Sold" and close them for you.

There are numerous things myself, the other Admin and Mods can do for you if you ask.

There is a Sticky Post above (at the top of this section) with a list of all Admin and Moderators. You can use that to contact any of us. That list is posted at the top of the New Members, General Harley, Off Topic and this section if you need it.

There is also a Sticky at the top of the New Members Section that explains your Titles and at what point your title changes or upgrades.

If you decide you don't want to be a member or you get mad and quit (yes that actually happens) what we won't do is delete your pictures and all 6000 of your posts. HDF owns all threads, posts and pictures that are placed here. You can quit and all of your posts will drop out of site very quickly but they will always be here.

Terry
HDF Administrator.

Thanks for letting us know. What I would like to know is is there some way I can convert from a Facebook Login over to a regular HD Forums login and still keep my user name? Thanks

I'll have to check on that one for you. I'm not sure of the difference between the two. Have you tried just logging in here at HDF with your login and password?
