I don't know if this is the right place but. is there a way to put an index button on bottom of page so we don't have to scroll all the way to the top to get back to see differant thread/ forum

If you mean go from the bottom, back to top of the page your looking
at instead of scrolling all the way back, hit "Home" on your keyboard.
You can also go from top to bottom instantly by hitting "End."
