it wont let me start a thread in the WTB section

count and number of days as a member. I believe it's

5 is not the magical number....does anyone know how many post u have to have, to start thread in wtb?

It's 30 days on the forum with at least posts. I believe it's posted in the rules and at the top of each classified section.

Most of the time if you are close to the requirements and you pm me I'll upgrade your account manually so you can post your items in the classified section. The rules are there to keep the bots and Trolls from taking over the classified section and turning it into a Chinese Shoe Sales Rip Off Section. For a long time the moderators kept busy just running around chasing the Trolls from China and other countries who would daily attack the forum trying to sell crap to the members.
