I sometimes visit HDForums from my work computer... and while the in-post images and sig pics are usually fine, some of the avatars are ... now quite safe for work.
I do NOT want to affect other users... but is there a way (other than setting IE to not display images) to hide the avatars or turn them off when visiting from one particular computer?

Go to your UserCP, in the blue line at the top of page.
When open, scroll down and click on Edit Options,
In options, scroll down to Thread Display Options and uncheck or
check options for avatar etc.

This is exactly what I was looking for ... although I DO wish I could have separate settings for work and home.
Better to not see any than to lose the job though.
