So than I go to search and it won't do that either. For example: I type in Ohlins shocks and nothing?

Then I decide to ask moderators to chime in here and help me out, again nothing. I sent an e-mail, again nothing! I'm not one to complain, especially when they volunteer. But help a brotha out would ya? I mean I don't mooch the info here, I actully pay a yearly dues.

This has all been happening over a what.......24 hour period? Our tech guys are working on it and we will do what we can. Sites have gone down for days at a time before and all we are having a problem with is a little history or search engine. It will be fixed but complaining about it and telling us how worthless we are is not the way to go about voicing your complaints. Please be patient.

I just spoke to my boss and like I said above, they are working on the problem and it should be fixed today. As far as searching for your own posts or threads...........they are not deleted and will be back to normal too. For now, go to the HDF Search and click on the "Advanced" Search. Search for threads or posts there under your user name and they will come up. I just tried this (after being told by my boss) and it works fine until they get the problem fixed. Remember, glitches happen. We have a team working to upgrade and repair over 60 forums full time. Sometimes it takes more than a lick and a promise to get things up and running.

Ha! My mom is hosting the family shindig this year so I only have to cook some decadent mac~n~cheese (w/bacon) and a large pot of greens. Glad you enjoyed those cookies, Fast Harley. I really appreciated that road trip favor you did for me and continue to keep tabs on that big spotted mare via the contact you established for me.

First of all I never thought the moderators had anything to do with the issue happening. It was that I didn't get any response at all until now. I do appreciate all that the moderators do, all I wanted to know is if it was a site issue or something I was doing wrong, response is what I was after. So thanks to the moderators that responded and explained the issue.

I pay because I choose to support the site, whereas it brings great value to my garage work. And for the record, if I didn't pay I wouldn't have posted.

Sorry for my frustrations.
