Don't know what I'm doing wrong as the time within WB dosen't change.
I've tried several codes to no avail.
My last try can't find what's wrong in the string?

I have checked off the box in profile that says: Always attach signature in posts

I don't think it is an actual clock. It just tells you the last time the weather was updated on that site. Check Sean's post (HDWG). His time is off too. It says "Last Updated" above it.
