My computer got completely screwed surfing this and other Harley and mustang forums. I only surf off my iPhone now. No chance of a virus on this thing.

It can only be malware in the advertising but who runs a pc without virus protection?

I got one a couple of weeks ago. I thought I had good anti virus but evidently I didn't. It would not boot up, even in safe mode. Had to reinstall windows. Was able to save pics and docs thought. My son knew how to take care of the problem as I didn't.

Firefox with pop-up blockers takes care of a LOT of that crap, here or anywhere else.

AVG and SpybotS&D takes care of the rest.
