deleted user

I've noticed a deleted user amongst the posts. What is the difference between a banned and a deleted user?

not sure if this helps but i do mod a few other boards and can tell you how it is there.

Banned is still a user that is just forbidden to post and more so all their info and posts remain in database.

Deleted = REALLY Pissed off someone and all the info removed but their posts remain in threads but are not included in the members list

Thundertrackrally was a TROLL (Spammer) who was putting ads in all the different areas of the forum (even the prayer request forum). He had 14 different ads up and instead of banning him and removing all 14 posts I just decided to delete him completely.
