Site running slow again?

Site running slow again?
For some reason, this site seems to be running REALLY slow for the last few days depending on which items are clicked. All other sites running fine. What's up?

In your browser if you disable shockwave/flash then this site speeds up significantly. One or two of the ads on the site right now is slowing the whole site significantly. Until it is identified and removed the best thing to do is disable shockwave/flash plug in and the problem is solved.

New owner. Lot more adds. Some of the pop ups like to hide the top bar USER CP for me and takes refresh to get rid of it. Sucks and it's not even Harley. Was running chrome but it's not so user friendly as Microsoft for the younger set and the wife around here. Have to run the IE emulator sometimes and know when to.

Yeh this site has slowed down considerably in the past week or two. Takes -FOREVER- to completely open a window. LIke 5 or 10 minutes using Chrome with ad blocker. I wouldn't even try IE with it's even slower loading time.
Apparently the site has gone corporate with the new ownership and they are packing in so many ads and bullsh!t portions of the forums that it takes way too long to load a window up. Sad to see that kind of change after seeing the way it was originally. Might be part of the reason so many of the old timers are now gone....and with them a wealth of information.
