I know this is probably the wrong place to post this but not really sure where to post it. How do i find all of my old post?

Go to my recent topics in the menu at the top of the page for a start.

Like mentioned above, click on your name in the upper right corner of the forum then down in your info section you will see a menu with the "statistic" heading. Click on it and then you have the ability to search for all your posts or for all your threads.

Another problem is losing track of old posts or threads. Go to your User CP on the left side of the forum and then select "edit options." Scroll down until you see the two drop down boxes to set the number of posts and threads displayed on your main page. Change to the maximum for each then you'll never lose track of your topics.
