What is with all these little hidden links on the site. You know the ones in green. I go to my profile to try and go back and look at a previous thread I have responded to. Go to click on statistics and it's green and I can't click on it. I tried refreshing the page and still green. I closed out the browser, opened it back up go to the page and the frickin thing is still green. It is really getting to be a pain in the ****!!!
Agreed! Trying to go look at your stats and all you can get is VW (or some such) pop up advertisement.
Never been much of problem until fairly recently. Dunno what changed.
I'm sure some drone will chime in and state the site has the right to make money anyway it sees fit. And while I would agree with that, it cheapens the product. The placement of some of the "green text" cancers seem really...STUPID!
You can also right click on any one of the links and then opt out of the ads. This will work until you clear your cookies and cache at which time you roll have to do it Again. I've been running Firefox with ad block for so long (2007) that I've forgotten that it's like to work around those little pesky ads!
