This "How to" might help:

Before you even try to post an image, you first have to perform the steps below:

1. Left click User CP to open Your Control Panel

2. Go down to Settings & Options and left click Edit Options

3. Scroll down to Miscellaneous Options, left click the Message Editor Interface drop down menu arrow and choose Enhanced Interface - Full WYSIWYG Editing

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and left click Save Changes

To post an image from an Image Hosting website like Photobucket, ImageShack etc. perform the next steps:

1. In your post at HDForums.com, put the cursor where you want to insert your image

2. Open your image host, find the image you want to post and copy that image's IMG code

3. Return to your post at HDForums.com and left click the Insert Image button in the text editor

4. An little screen opens and now paste the IMG code into the box and left click OK

5. When done typing text, left click Submit Reply

URL = Uniform Resource Locator... geek speak for the address of the target file. The "http://...." of a pic or a page or a file on the internet
